The personal data requested for the provision of our services will be included in automated files subject to the provisions outlined in the Law on Data Protection 15/1999 (LOPD) and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the implementation decree of the same law (RLOPD).

The gathering and handling of said data will be carried out by MASA via the Website, and the purpose of these actions is to manage our company’s list of contacts and to be able to contact you, the User, to provide you with the information requested via the sending of professional communications by any means, whether electronic or otherwise.

The services provided by MASA are aimed at people over 18 years old. On the rare occasion a service aimed specifically at people under this age is developed, MASA will request the approval of the parents or guardians of the minor for the gathering of personal data or, if applicable, the automatic handling of said data.

MASA promises to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding the personal data supplied and its duty to handle said data with confidentiality and discretion, in compliance with current legislation. For this purpose, it will adopt the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised handling and unauthorised access.

Likewise, you are informed that, if you wish, you may exercise the rights outlined in Art. 5 of the LOPD by contacting the MASA Website, indicating your full name, ID number and address. You may also exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The legislation applicable in the event of any dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms and conditions that comprise this Legal Notice, in addition to any issue related to the services of this Website, will be Spanish law.

For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from visiting the Website or using the services offered on it, MASA and the User agree to submit to the Courts where the User is domiciled, as long as the User is domiciled in the Spanish territory and is acting as a consumer. Otherwise, MASA and the User will expressly submit – with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which they may have recourse – to the Courts of Logroño (Spain).
